“A year ago, in July, I decided that I was too heavy and very uncomfortable the weight I was and needed to lose it. I put myself on a diet and lo! The pounds started to fall away. Also, I had pain in my knee and limited range of motion in my shoulder. Both had been getting increasingly worse over a period of about 2-3 years and neither were being “cured” by either my physio or chiropractor. I knew the pain was soft tissue related and not arthritic. A friend had discovered Conrad on the internet and was very pleased with the results he was getting from the exercises and diet, so I thought my problems may be helped with exercise.

I thought it was worth a try. I started with Conrad, on a weekly basis, September 2012 and to date the pain in my knee has gone and range of movement in my shoulder has greatly improved. Shoulder is not yet perfect but getting there. Conrad gave me ‘homework’ exercise to do between sessions in the gym and I am quite good about performing these, regularly.

I still see my physio on a regular basis. He is very impressed – says I have “the best buns of any of his patients” (he’s American!)

There are other bonuses that I didn’t expect – I am now standing and walking with a back that is straighter than I can ever remember, probably since the age of about 2! This is a source of joy to me, as I never envisaged this happening.

I am much stronger and my blood pressure has dropped from 140/80 to a very healthy 117/65 (I am sure my doctor will be very pleased). We are now working on a different diet, more cardio and hopefully a very long and much healthier old age. I should add I am a 64 (soon to be 65) female. So it is never to late to change!!”
