“After many years of bad diet, no exercise and long hours at work, I took a long hard look at myself and realised that I needed to take urgent action. My initial objective was to lose weight and get into better shape, but as the sessions have progressed over these past 6 months and as I’ve seen the results from the work I’ve done, I’m now keen to redefine my body shape and build muscle. I couldn’t have done it on my own and Conrad’s support has been invaluable.

Our initial focus was on core strength, weight loss and body shape. Now the focus is on muscle building, definition and proportion. Going through a program where you see progress is highly motivational. Focusing on diet has also been a big part of the program – cutting out rubbish and unhealthy ready meals and focusing on healthy options. Again, Conrad has been supportive with this providing recipes and healthy food alternatives.

I have learned that once you get into a routine, it becomes second nature. It’s also fun. But you need encouragement and expertise advice if you’re to make progress.

It’s been quite a transformational experience – I wish I had done it years ago. Once you get into a routine it becomes second nature, its also fun. My physique has changed significantly – 8 inches lost around the waist and I am now bench-pressing over 110% of my body weight. My attitude is much more positive. I also have so much more energy. While it’s been hard work, it’s also been a lot of fun.”
