“Conrad is an outstanding personal trainer, and I highly recommend him whatever your goals are. Conrad has got me into the best shape of my life for my wedding, dropping over 10% body fat whilst putting on a couple of kilo’s of muscle in the months leading up to the big day.

I have always been someone who has struggled with his weight, with a love of food (especially heavy pasta meals), wine and late nights out on the drink topped off with takeaways, meaning that even as a regular gym goer I’ve always been a little on the chubby side.

Conrad has completely revolutionised my training, working on correcting the many imbalances resulting from a spinal injury suffered playing rugby as a teenager, and a preference to try and lift as heavy weight as possible.

He’s focused on my weak points, applying his very detailed technical knowledge to even out the imbalances in my body and re-training me on the fundamental exercise patterns to get my form right. It really has been like going back to school, starting over with much lighter weight, but with perfect form and getting much better results.

He’s also revolutionised my diet, helping me to eliminate the many hidden forms of sugar and fat forming carbs that are even prevalent in modern day “healthy” foods. By switching to more natural foods, and discarding the fat-free “healthy” option in favour of natural fats, my body has changed dramatically without ever really feeling I’ve been starving or denying myself.
